Flato, MAI, served as the Director of the San Antonio valuation services for Grubb & Ellis Landauer Valuation Advisory Services from 2009-2012, and was a Senior Commercial Real Estate Appraiser with Dugger, Canaday, Grafe for 22 years. Franklin has over 30 years of experience in local and national valuation, litigation support, market studies, feasibility studies, and expert testimony. Our primary trade area includes South Texas, especially San Antonio, Laredo, Corpus Christi and the Rio Grande Valley, as well as the Republic of Mexico and Latin America.
The Flato name has been established in Texas History since 1846. As first-generation immigrant, Fredrick Wilhelm Flato founded the Texas city of Flatonia in 1873 and spearheaded an industrious family of professionals that continues today.
