Real Estate Appraisal Across Mexico and Latin America

Work in Mexico and Latin America requires specialized knowledge and expertise. In addition to language fluency, an understanding of cultural nuances is critical in confirming market data and producing market-based analysis and appraisals. Market data resources are often fragmented and market data confirmation requires specialized skills.

We have worked in 20 states and the Federal District across a range of property types.

A Broad Range of Services

Diverse Expertise: Franklin Flato, MAI, brings a wealth of appraisal experience not only from Mexico but also from Honduras and Puerto Rico. His consultation work has extended to properties in various countries like Panama, Brazil, Chile, and Belize. During the years 2005 to 2011, Mr. Flato held the esteemed position of Ambassador and Chief Delegate to Mexico for the Appraisal Institute. He also served as Treasurer for the Union Pamamericano de Associaciones de Valuacion (UPAV) from 2010 to 2012, collaborating closely with member countries from Latin America and Spain.

A Wide Range of Properties: Our projects often involve areas such as mortgage financing, corporate asset assessment, acquisitions and marketing, legal disputes, site selection, and estate matters. The spectrum of appraised property types is equally diverse, spanning from industrial manufacturing and warehousing to luxurious residences, resort hotels, commercial land, office buildings, and retail centers. Our expertise even extends to unique properties like hunting lodges, ranches, and fruit orchards.
